Introducing Bánh Cuốn Master Chau
Mr. Chau visits us every Saturday & Sunday to make fresh bánh cuốn. After creating a fresh batter from ground rice, Mr. Chau steams the mixture into paper-thin sheets. These sheets are then filled with ground Carlton Farms pork, wood ear mushrooms, minced shallots and fresh herbs.
Bánh Cuốn is served with chả lụa (Vietnamese pork sausage), sliced cucumber, bean sprouts, and nước chấm.
Bánh Cuốn is delicious.
