Roast Bird

We're roasting birds daily on the Bar Bar Rotisserie. Peking Ducks, Lemongrass Chickens—even some flightless pigs in the form of Spicy Pork Belly from Carlton farms.

All roast bird (and pig) dishes are served with fresh bánh hỏi from the Van Loi family (woven rice vermicelli) or broken rice. Add a fried egg because you can.
