Ba Bar can accommodate your large group or private party. We have many different food options available and will work with you directly to create your menu. Please email us your information (date, time, number of guests, preferred Ba Bar location) at Info@babarseattle.com.

LARGE PARTY RESERVATION (PARTIES OF 10 OR FEWER)

Lunch: 11:30am – 1pm: $30 per person for food & beverage minimum charge plus tax and 20% gratuity.

Dinner:
   • 4pm – 6pm: First seating is $35 per person for food & beverage minimum charge plus tax and 20% gratuity.
   • 6:30pm – 8:30pm: Second seating is $45 per person for food & beverage minimum charge plus tax and 20% gratuity.

• Parties of 20 or fewer:
In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel at least 72 hours in advance, a charge of $25 per person will be applied to the credit card on file. Please note that reservations include a 15-minute grace period; after this, the table may be made available to other guests.

• Back Dining Room Buyout:
If canceled within 72 hours or in the event of a no-show, a charge of $1,000 will be applied to the credit card on file.

• Whole Restaurant Buyout:
   • Cancellation within 7 days: 25% of the minimum required will be charged.
   • Cancellation within 72 hours: 50% of the minimum required will be charged.
