Ba Bar’s Phamởus Soup

Oxtail Phở

One of the main reasons we opened Ba Bar back in the day was noodles. We really wanted to make as many different kinds of noodles as we could. We offer Bún Bò Huế, Mì Vịt Tiềm, Vermicelli of all kinds, Phở Hà Nội, and on occasion we even make a special Pork Ramen Phở. Bún Bò Huế might be our favorite, but Oxtail Phở is our most popular. If you want to learn about exactly how this soup is made, read a blog post from many years ago that explains the process (and cost) in detail. While the prices have again changed since we first wrote Making the Argument for a Ten Dollar Bowl of Phở, the method is the same. Life is short people, slurp good phở.
